Black Barrel BBQ started with a single drum smoker, a 50-pound bag of post oak, and a stubborn belief that great barbecue doesn't need shortcuts — it needs time. Two decades later, the drum is still running.
We source our beef from local ranches, our pork from farms we visit personally, and our wood from the same supplier we've used since day one. Nothing here is frozen. Everything is earned.
